一、關於本 App

「JTL WatchTuner」(以下簡稱「本 App」)由潔特力樂器社 Jieterli Music 開發與發行,是一款獨立運作於 Apple Watch(watchOS)的免費半音階調音器,提供任何樂器皆可使用的即時音高偵測,並支援 A4 基準頻率校準(435–445Hz,v1 免費開放,方便小提琴等樂器慣用 442Hz 等使用情境)。本政策說明本 App 如何處理使用者資料,請於使用前詳細閱讀。

二、本 App 不會收集的資料

本 App 不收集、不儲存、不傳送以下任何個人資料:

姓名、email、電話等個人識別資訊
相機、相簿、檔案內容
通訊錄、簡訊、通話記錄
GPS 定位資訊
使用者操作紀錄或使用行為分析

三、麥克風權限說明

本 App 為了調音功能,需要麥克風權限,但音訊處理方式如下:

麥克風收音僅用於即時音高偵測,將聲音訊號轉換為頻率(Hz)、音名與 cents 偏移,即時顯示於錶面
不錄音、不儲存任何音訊檔案、不傳送任何聲音資料到伺服器或第三方
所有訊號處理皆在 Apple Watch 裝置本地即時完成,App 關閉後不留下任何錄音資料
你可隨時於「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 麥克風」中撤回權限;撤回後主畫面將顯示引導文案,調音功能無法使用

四、無廣告、無第三方 SDK、無追蹤(v1 現況)

本 App v1 版本:

不含任何廣告(watchOS 平台本身不支援 AdMob 等行動廣告 SDK)
不整合任何第三方分析或追蹤 SDK(例如 Google Analytics、Facebook SDK 等),不進行使用者行為分析或跨 App 追蹤
不使用廣告識別碼(IDFA)或任何裝置指紋技術

本節反映本 App 目前版本(v1)之現況。若未來版本調整此政策(例如新增服務),將於本頁面更新公告並同步更新「生效日」,並依 App Store 更新說明告知使用者。

五、設定值與資料儲存

本 App 於裝置本地儲存以下非個人化設定,以便保留你的使用偏好:

A4 校準頻率(435–445Hz,預設 440,v1 免費開放)
觸覺回饋開關

以上設定值僅保存於你的 Apple Watch 裝置本機(UserDefaults),不會傳送到任何伺服器,亦不與你的身分或帳號綁定。移除 App 即會一併清除。

六、網路權限說明

本 App 的核心調音功能(半音階即時音高偵測、A4 校準、觸覺回饋)完全於裝置本地離線運作。v1 版本本 App 完全不需要網路連線即可正常使用。

七、兒童使用

本 App 適合所有年齡層使用,不含暴力、色情或不當內容,亦不會主動向兒童收集任何個人資料。

八、政策變更

本政策若有更新,將於本頁面公告並更新「生效日」。重大變更時將透過 App 內公告或 App Store 更新說明告知使用者;例如未來版本新增付費訂閱或樂器專用模式等功能時,將同步更新本頁面說明屆時資料處理方式的相應變化。

1. About This App

"JTL WatchTuner" (the "App") is developed and published by Jieterli Music. It is a free, standalone chromatic tuner that runs independently on Apple Watch (watchOS), providing real-time pitch detection usable with any instrument, with A4 reference-frequency calibration (435–445Hz, free in v1 — handy for instruments like violin that commonly tune to 442Hz). This policy explains how the App handles user data. Please read it carefully before use.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following personal data:

Name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information
Camera, photo library, or file contents
Contacts, SMS, or call logs
GPS / location data
Usage logs or behavioral analytics

3. Microphone Permission

      The App requires microphone access for its tuning function. Here is exactly how audio is handled:
    

The microphone is used only for real-time pitch detection — converting sound into frequency (Hz), note name, and cents offset displayed on the watch face
No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server or third party
All signal processing happens entirely on-device, in real time; no recording remains after the App closes
You may revoke microphone access anytime via Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. If revoked, the main screen will show guidance text and tuning will be unavailable

4. No Ads, No Third-Party SDKs, No Tracking (v1 status)

The App v1 contains no advertising (watchOS itself does not support mobile ad SDKs such as AdMob)
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are integrated (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook SDK); no behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking is performed
No advertising identifier (IDFA) or device-fingerprinting technique is used

This section reflects the App's current (v1) status. Should this change in a future version, this page and its "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly, and users will be notified via the App Store release notes.

5. Settings & Local Storage

The App stores the following non-personal preferences locally on your device:

A4 calibration frequency (435–445Hz, default 440, free in v1)
Haptic feedback on/off

These settings are stored only on your Apple Watch (UserDefaults), never transmitted to any server, and never linked to your identity or account. They are removed when the App is deleted.

6. Network Access

The App's core tuning functions (real-time chromatic pitch detection, A4 calibration, haptic feedback) run entirely offline, on-device. In v1, the App requires no network connection at all to function.

7. Children's Use

The App is suitable for all ages, contains no violent, sexual, or inappropriate content, and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or App Store release notes — for example, if a future version introduces paid subscriptions or instrument-specific modes, this page will be updated accordingly to reflect any resulting data handling changes.
